The largest of Ballybran's moons, Shankill Moonbase houses the offices of the Heptite Guild. It is the major debarkation point for visitors to the moonbase and the Guild offices. The moonbase on Shankill also offers one of the best vantage points from which to observe path and nature of the Passover storms of Ballybran.

Upon debarkation, all new arrivals must present their credentials to the debarkation arch where they will be asked for their credit rating and to state their business on Shankill Moonbase before being allowed to proceed. Guild members should proceed to the Heptite Guild offices and then on through to Guild quarters or shuttle facilities. Non-guild members either proceed to the business quarters or the transient quarters. All those who have not visited the moonbase before shall be provided with the rules and regulations which must be read on arrival at risk of confinement to quarters.

Visitors to the transient and business hostels shall be provided with a key to accommodation by the on-duty receptionist.

Applications to join the Heptite Guild on Ballybran may be made at the Guild Complex reception in the main dome. The Guild Complex reception may be found a corridor beyond the debarkation facility. Visitors wishing to discuss the purchasing of Ballybran crystal in person shall report to the reception at the allotted appointment time and from there shall be escorted to conference rooms for further discussion with a Guild representative.
