1st May 2008 After an unexpected hiatus, the club is about to start running again shortly. Roll call for current members will be sent to the RP list in a few days.

Posting requirements have been altered to better reflect the persona ranking system.
Board of Directors

The club is currently managed by the club owner, although once membership reaches a sustainable amount then elections will be held for positions on the Board of Directors.


The Board of Directors is in charge of the adminstrative running of the club, voting on new rules and the adjustment of current rules that will affect the club, settling disputes, approving storylines and other such duties. Apart from the Club Owner, all positions on the Board of Directors are temporary with each BoD term lasting for three months. No member may run for more than two consequtive BoD terms (they must take a break for the course of one BoD term before being nominated again).


The Board of Directors is to carry out its business in a fair manner. In return club members are asked to respect the rulings of the BoD unless those rulings are deemed unfair for good reason at which point the member has the right to appeal.


As the BoD approves applications for high ranking personas, no member currently serving on BoD can apply for a level 1 or 2 persona. Discussions The exception to this rule is the club owner who, by nature of the position, is permanently on BoD. Procedures for application by Club Owner shall be given to the BoD after each election.


BoD positions are as follows:


Club owner: (Permanent position) - Is a general Jack of all Trades, helping where needed and is also currently the webmaster.

Communications: Is in charge of all communications to club members. They are also in charge of calling a vote for issues requiring one.

Member liason and join form reviewer: Reviews join forms, suggesting alterations when necessary, before approval. They assign a mentor to new members and act as a point of contact for members with questions or requests.

Mentor and webmaster liason: Is in charge of surpervising mentors and acting as a point of contact should mentors have any queries to put to the BoD. They also write any changes needed for the website and then send those changes to the Webmaster(s).

Post officer: Is in charge of checking that members have fulfilled posting requirements for the month, checking that posts have appropriate content and sending notification of missed posting requirements/inappropriate content in posts.
